Orders

Once your order has reached rubberbellowsstore.com, you will receive an email notification confirming your order details and containing payment instructions, if you are paying by bank transfer.
When your payment has been received, we will send you another email to confirm that your order will now be processed and advising you of estimated delivery times.

You can also view your order status in the Account area.
Each Purchase Order shall be confirmed with the acceptance of the order by rubberbellowsstore.com.
All goods remain the property of rubberbellowsstore.com until paid for in full.

The purchase price of the goods is stated in the order confirmation.
Currency used is US dollar ($)
Prices include packaging.

Sales Tax

The prices are exclusive VAT, taxes and other duties.
Sales Tax applies ONLY to Wisconsin residents. (5.0%)

Payment

We accept payments by any of the following methods:

If paying by bank transfer rubberbellowsstore.com will retain title in the products until full payment for all such products is received. 
The customer must notify the payment through Fax +1-414-988-6212 or email at powerx@powerxinternational.com the day after.
The payment receipt must contain the order number and full name of the customer.
In the event no payment has been received within 24 hours after you submitted your order, your prchase will be cancelled.

Shipping

All products are shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number. This will allow you to track your package all the way to your front door.
Our primary and preferred shipping carrier is UPS. Business and shipping hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST (holidays excluded)
During checkout you will be presented with the UPS options we have available to you: Ground, 3Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day. Please select the shipping method you are most comfortable with.
If you select expedited shipping methods such as 3Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day we will do our best to get your items out the same day.
Orders received after 12:01pm CST are shipped the following day.
Note we cannot ship to PO Boxes and do not offer USPS domestic shipping.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
All shipping and handling rates we quote for shipping and handling are estimates based on the UPS shipping API. All shipping orders are subject to change, whether the actual shipping cost is more or less than quoted.

Oversize Items

Due to UPS package size restrictions, some large or bulky items may incur an additional handling charge.

International Orders

We do not sell outside of the United States. Exceptions may be made.

Multiple Packages

If you place an order for more than one item, it could be possible for the items to be packaged separately and multiple packages will be sent, but you will not be charged more for shipping. Each package will have its own tracking number, and it is possible that your packages will arrive at different times.

Tracking

Tracking information is available once your products have been shipped. You will receive an email detailing the shipment method, and estimated delivery time, along with your tracking number you may use to track your package at UPS.com.

Returns

rubberbellowsstore.com sells technically specified products, for this reason we cannot accept returns on delivered items. Return Authorization is required, please contact us at powerx@powerxinternational.com

Out-of Stock Items

rubberbellowsstore.com does the best to make sure the offered products are always available. On the rare occasion, it may be possible we sold out a particular item that was listed as available. In this case, we will notify you as quickly as possible, and you will not be charged for that item.
